Who are we?

QRS Professionals Community was established to give Business Professionals the opportunity to have a voice and help drive positive change. In doing so, we are giving our clients access to the voice of a community of professionals that they can trust and gain actionable insights. 

We understand that our community members understand that the insight they provide is important, but we recognise that they are giving up their time to do so. When appropriate we will always offer a fair incentive to take part in research and will be up front on the amount, type of reward and what is required to by the community member when taking part in the research project.

QRS was established in 1975 and is a Company Partner of the Market Research Society. All the research we conduct is undertaken in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and ESOMAR Code of Conduct. QRS operates in accordance with ISO 20252:2012 and ISO 9001:2015. As part of our social responsibility, QRS is committed to international compliance with data protection laws, regulation, and rules.

QRS undertakes both quantitative and qualitative research which may include being invited to take part in online surveys, telephone surveys, focus groups and individual interviews.
